By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them simple so you know exactly how we work!

1. Order Acceptance ✅ 

• When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payments 💰

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (but don’t worry, the price you see at checkout is what you pay!).

3. Shipping & Delivery 🚚

• We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days for major cities and 5–7 days for other areas.
• Delivery times are estimates. While we try our best, we aren’t responsible for delays caused by courier companies or strikes/weather conditions.

4. Accuracy of Information 📸

• We do our absolute best to show the real colors and details of our products. However, because phone and computer screens vary, the actual product might look slightly different in person.

5. Prohibited Use 🚫

• You may not use our photos, logos, or content for your own commercial use without our permission.
• Please do not use our website to post anything harmful or offensive.

6. Limitation of Liability 🛡️

• Bibs & Bubbles is not liable for any indirect damages that result from using our products or website. We provide our services on an “as-available” basis.

7. Changes to Terms 🔄

• We may update these terms as we grow. By continuing to shop with us, you agree to the updated rules.
