Bibs & Bubbles: Refund & Exchange Policy 

We’re so happy you chose Bibs & Bubbles! We want you to love your shopping experience as much as we love our products. Your happiness is our top priority. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you hoped for, don’t worry, we’ve got your back!

 

Please Note: We offer exchanges only and do not provide cash refunds. 

 

🛍️ How many days do I have?

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept exchange requests.

 

📦 Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • New and unused (unwashed and unworn).
  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by your order slip or proof of purchase.
  • Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the replacement delivery/courier charges.

 

⚠️ Important: Sale Items

  • Items bought on sale or during a promotion are not eligible for cash refunds.
  • You can exchange sale items for a different size or product within the 14-day window, subject to what we have in stock. Replacement delivery charges will apply.



📩 How to Start an Exchange

  1. Message Us: Send a message with your reason for exchange to bibsandbubbles@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 327 511 33 22.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you the next steps and instructions.
  3. Ship it Back: Please do not send items back without contacting us first!

 

🔄 How will I receive my exchange?

Once we receive your item and check its condition, we will notify you:

  • Direct Exchange: We will send out your new requested size or item.
  • Store Voucher: If you aren’t ready to pick a new item yet, we will issue you a store voucher for the same value to use on your next order.

 


🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items

If we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged, we are so sorry! Please contact us at bibsandbubbles@gmail.com or WhatsApp immediately with your order details. We will make it right as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
